I purchased some cd's online and hit submit order twice-as a result I was charged for 3 cd's twice-the vendor has already shipped and charged me.
I contacted the vendor-he stated a no refund policy.
Do I have any recourse?

If they're legal, sell them on eBay or Craigslist.

And if they do not refund you, dispute the charge with your bank or credit card company.
