What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New Mexico.

About two weeks ago I went to Savers thrift store and the cashier watched me enter my debit card pin and kept my card. She later pulled out $300 at a nearby atm. I called the store as soon as i realized the cashier had not given me my card back and the same cashier answered and stated that she did not have my card and basically hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to the manager who asked me to come in. When I arrived at Savers one of the managers took me back to the office and I overheard another manager speaking to someone on the phone state "this is the second customer she has done this to". The managers barely uttered a word to me and kept me waiting with no explanation and did not even ask for much detail. The cops showed up and the cashier admitted to taking my card. Fortunetely the cops where able to recover ALL my money. I was told by the managers that someone from district would be calling me up the following business day but recieved no call so far. I received my money. Can I sue? I'm glad Savers managers called the cops and turned in their employee but I feel they could have at least called and apologized. Just wondering if I have a case at all. Thanks!

Sue who and for what?

You have already been made whole. If you want to try to sue for the couple of hours this took to get taken care of, have at it.
