i used a fake license at a grocery store. when confronted by the police i ran away. They called me and i turned myself in. they picked me up and let me go home (not arrested) with a juvy court date. i was charged with 1st deg. misdemeanor for using the id, and a second deg. misdemeanor for evading. how can i expunge these from my record? can i ask the judge to compromise? i just need a clean record for college, air force rotc, and my job. also, this is my first offense and i turn 18 this summer.

You need a lawyer. These are pretty serious charges. You can't even start thinking about expungement yet. It will take a year after your final discharge to get an expungement in Ohio. Do not go shooting your mouth off further (judge, police, prosecutor) without legal counsel.

I'll give you a hint. Even after this summer drinking, passing fake id, and evading the police will still be illegal.

First - to the OP... you don't get a pass cause you really really need a clean record.

If you wanted to keep your nose clean, you shouldn't be drinking beer at 17.

Second, you WERE arrested. If you have a court date, you were arrested. You just weren't booked.

There is no way you will get these taken care of by this summer. You won't even be off probation by then.

how about you just not do anything you listed? this way, you have a better shot at the career of your choice.
