What is the name of your state: Ohio. Okay, Me and my Fiancee are 17. His parents are divorced and he doesnt like that he hes to visit his mom every other weekend, but the dont have a court order. its an arrangment that they made them selves. He wants to know if at the age of 17, he can pick whether or not he goes to visit his mother. He really need help because he doesnt like being at his moms, but he explained this to his mom but his mom wont budge unless she has proof that he can pick not to visit her at 17. please helpp me

What is the name of your state then you probably shouldn't be getting married.

However, no child gets to pick whether or not he can violate a court order.

no! i am not staying out of this. i knoe that there is no court order because i was there when they got divorced. he is my fiancee, and i am 4 months pregnant with his child, and he wants help! is someone guna help me or not?

I'll point you in the direction to the nearest school and adoption agency, but YOU don't need help with HIS PARENTS divorce. None of this concerns you.

However, you're free to go hire an attorney. We don't help children on this site, nor do we help uninvolved third parties. You happen to be both.
