What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado
I purchased a $1080 dollar camera lens from Adorama Camera through Amazon.com. The lens was defective from the first day I bought it giving intermittent "err01" errors.
3 emails to Adorama have been ignored. Amazon a-z guarantee claim was denied, the reason being Adorama told Amazon I should file a claim under the manufacturer warranty. This means I have to deal with Canon, ship at my cost and end up with a refurbished lens, not a new one.
I think I should be entitled to a refund, am I?
