i was attacked at school by another student i was sittingon teh bench then she pulled me down i landed on my neck i was hit mayntimes the teachers rushed over and took us to the office cna i press charges and if so what would happen to me and her?

You can't press charges, but your parents can certainly file a police report if they feel it is warranted.
