Bought motorcycle, only have bill of sale!! My 21 yr. old went and bought a zusuki 650 from a couple who had a letter from owner to sale his motorcycle, because he is in jail and needed money. My son instead of calling my husband for advice, bought the bike paid cash. Now when he wanted to get a title in his name for the motorcycle, he was told that this Bill of Sale was not legally bond. Went back to where he purchase the bike at Kissismee and told the mother to have his son find the title and to call him. This was three weeks ago. My question is "What could we legally do in this matter??
