Administration of Psychotropic Medications

Heyo All,

In the 2010 session, the state of New Hampshire will vote on a bill that requires a court order in order to administer psychotropic medications to a juvenile in a court ordered placement.

How many US states have legislation with such a requirement?
It is my understanding that most states require parental express and informed consent, but how many require court approval?
