What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia My son and his girlfriend broke up a few months back. She filled a tpo that got thrown out of court because my son never harmed her nor had he ever threatened either. She has since filled a stalking charge on him which is a felonly. He is only 16 and 2 months old. She is 18, when they broke up, he wasn't 16 yet. What will become of this. He has never done any harm to this girl. He tried to contact her through phone text and computer e-mail. I need some good solid advice before we go back to court.

Good solid advice...

pick up a lawyer, and get a restraining order against her.
