I am from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and I am 19 years old. Last night, I was at a house party and it got busted by the police. I ended up blowing a .195 and received an underage drinking ticket for $185. If I choose to go to court, my court date is June 29th at 8:30 am. This is my first drinking ticket/citation. Is there any way I could get the charge reduced seeing as it is my first drinking ticket?

Let me answer the question with a question: What benefit is it to the State for them to let you off easy? None:rolleyes:

well...techinically you can the charged reduced IF you can prove you weren't drinking.

I strongly suspect that this is about as reduced as it gets. Traffic tickets cost more out here, so I imagine that this is not a huge crime out your way.

What statute (the code section) were you charged with violating?
