What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

Ok I'm 17 And I Recently Moved From San Antonio, Texas To Florida But I Have A Court Date On The 7th, Is There Any Paperwork i Could Fill Out To Try And Get The Case Transferred?, And yes There Was A Very Good Reason For The Move.

What kind of case is this?

Why on earth do you capitalize the first letter of each word in a sentence:confused: Even funnier, you forgot to capitalize the word "I," but you got every other word:rolleyes:

It is just a small misdemeanor charge

and it's a bad habit i'm still working on.
Not going to get transferred even though it is "just" a small misdemeanor charge.

The judge didn't like Lindsey Lohann's excuse ~ probably isn't going to buy yours either.

Very simple.... you did a CRIMINAL act in Texas and have to appear in court in TEXAS!!
If you fail to appear, a FTA (Failure to Appear) arrest warrant will be issued against you. And yes, at some point in your life, that warrant will pop up... usually NEVER at your convenience and you will be arrested, car towed, impounded, etc.
