What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Arizona Hi I purchased a vehicale in the internet thru Ebay. We made a deal and my father drove to california (Chula Vista California) to pick it up. Now it was used and I did see that is was in a wreck but it did not show where. Either way They wanted cash only and I gave my father a 6,000 Cashiers check from the bank and $2,000 in cash. Well they made my father stay overnite with my oldest daughter 15yrs of age and mind u my father is over 70yrs of age and cant read english. This why I made the arangements with the agency selling the truck (Nayo's complete Auto? which is in Spring valley california. But the place I guess was in Chula vista. well bottom line is they sold a truck to us and failed to register it in california after importing it into mexico and exporting it out from mexicali.? My father the person that he is just signed the papers....I got pulled over in it and explanied to the officer that I was going to a friend to sleeo over and was going to lend me the monies in the mornin and I was goning to get it inspected/ Well of course I got tickets and results are I cannot register it in arizona cause it was never registered in the state of california to begin with. The jusde look over the paperwork and told me get a lawyer. so I need help quick and I need a lawyer that wont charge until we when. I can fax the paperwork. The owners already are trying to call me over and over but Idont pick up cause when I did they are being nicer than before and offered to pay and fix everything that is wrong with it but they dont want me to go thru court. I have no choice now!
