We live in Clinton county, Michigan and my son is 14 years old. He went before the probate court judge last year for possession on Marijuana and was allowed to go through the diversion program. He was on probation for 6 months and went through it just fine. Now skip forward a year and he was picked up by the police and blew a .14 BAC. What a mess. Does anyone know if he will be eligible for the diversion program again, or is he really in for a world of trouble this time?

I'd expect the world of trouble, to be honest. He obviously didn't learn what he was expected to by getting a break last time. So he's gonna get a stronger reality check this time.

Oh dear:eek: Aunt♥Bunny says this young miscreant of yours is in a world of trouble. It seems to me that mommy needs to tighten the leash ~ a lot, oh, and yes... maybe get him an attorney.
