What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA.
Is it illegal to perform port scans if you own a server on someone else's ipa.
Ive had security breaches in the past-but due to that I am not comfortable conducting banking online its not cool.
I thought the problem was in the past-now I'm not sure.

Re server issues

Ive decided to switch companies - purchase my own server-etc
I hope this resolves the issue.

Based on tonights name resolves from ipa's

I will REOPEN my complaint with the DA and follow through this time.
