You would still have to establish residency.

You are not allowed to jurisdiction shop.

Normally in most states you will need to reside in a State for ~6 months before being able to file in that State.

In many states, it's only 3 months.

OP needs to decide where he/she is going to live, establish residency, and then file for divorce.
