What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

1. We are married since 02/2009.
2. We have a child 7 months old.
3. She is 24 Y/O, healthy with BA degree.
4. She choosed not to work and be with the baby.
5. I earning 5000 bruto a month (IT professional), 4000 net.

How much money i will need to pay for alimony and child support? I saw a calculation according to i will pay to her 40% of my net as spousal support (1600$) + 1000 as child support. So from 4000 I will get only 1400 for my self? Is it make sense?

It would be very unlikely that you would have to pay any alimony at all for such a short term marriage. If you do have to pay any, it would be for less than a year.

The child support figure that you mentioned of 1000.00 a month could very well be in the ballpark of reality.

If you do not have an attorney, you probably need one.

Thank you.
1. If she is taking the child to another country, illegally, do i still need to pay child support and spousal support? If it's impossible to find her in Uzbekistan, to whom do i need to pay all of this money?
2. Does the fact that she lives with her mother (healthy woman) will help me to reduce the spousal support?
