i was wondering if i could move out when im 17 in the state of texas

im 16 about to turn 17 in 3 months and i live with my aunt and unlce in texas and i wach there 3 kids all the time i mean 24/60 last school year i missed some were between 14 or 15 days of school and shes always "sick' and when I or my Two brothers ( ones a Year younger then me and the other its two years younger) do some thing they dont like my aunt has my Unlce pick use up by the neck or if not that kind of abuse its verbal abuse and i would like to know if i could move out of the hosue at the age of 17 with out gettign in trouble with the law..

he proboly ment 24 weeks out of a 60 week becuase..he might not be the brighest bulb on the tree and not know there are 52 weeks in the year.

......oh, right.

Silly me.

And there I was thinking the full moon wasn't until Sunday night/early Monday!
