I have a friend which is a 18 yrs old male, who had a 15yr old girlfriend. After about a month together the mother of the 15 yr old allows my friend to move in. The mother approves of the relationship. As a couple months pass by, my friend ( the 18 yr old male) finds out that his girlfriends mom has a thing for him. The mother of the 15 yr old, a few weeks later, sends her daughter to a mental hospital for no reason and since the 18 yr old is living with them, he had no choice but to stay. One day, my friends girlfriend's mom started to give my friend a massage and he started to get drowsy and fell asleep. He then woke up realizing that his girlfriends mom was touching his privates and wanted to rape him. He couldn't do anything because the mom threatened him that if he would say anything she would send him to jail and never see her daughter. The only thing he did do is got a voice recorder from his phone of him saying to leave him alone.


I really need and want to help him out. He does not want to be around her and is currently living with my boyfriend ( they are both best friends). He is afraid to report her because he is afraid of the mother reporting that he is with an underage girl.

Okaaaay ... so, mom is allowing criminal behavior and condoning the unlawful sexual assault of her daughter. Just wonderful.

Oh, and mom's approval does not make the actions between the 18 year old and the 15 year old legal - it is still a potential felony if they are 36 months apart, and a misdemeanor if less than that.

Ah, yes ... of course. Mental hospitals always accept patients for no reason whatsoever. I mean, who cares about a lawsuit and a prison term?

He is 18 - that is an adult. He can go wherever he chooses.

I think he is delivering you a big ol' line of hooey. At least some portions of this are completely bogus.

Tell him to consult an attorney before he reports the alleged assault to commit rape to the police. Tell him to bring the recording with him.

Because what you describe simply is not possible without SERIOUS ramifications.
