my friend is 17 and wants to get emancipated. she lives with her mom, stepdad, and 12 year old sister. thay(aka perrants) are always screeming at her for things like getting help on her homework, wanting to see her grandperrands,or eating. her mom has said meny times that she shuld have gotten an abortshen and that she hates her. this happens every day. mom and stepdad screeming, cussing, and threatning her. her sister gets treated like shes an angle and her mom has said meny times that she loves her more than my friend. and her sister always makes fun of her and mocks her. what shuld she do?

Hopefully she can teach you basic spelling and grammar. You can spell "emancipation", but not "parents", "screaming" or "should"?

She will not be emancipated unless she has a proven record of being completely self-supporting - paying her own rent, utilities, food, etc., etc.

She needs to tough it out until she's 18, when she can leave.

A program here in washington state not sure if it is where u are. Its called chins its basically a youth at risk program. You might want to talk to CPS or a county clerk about any programs that might exist. Emancipation may not be the solution. The chins program here sets up the youth in a apartment with a job.
