What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Colorado

I would like to know the age of consent in order for neither my boyfriend or i to get in trouble with the law. I'm 17 and he's 20 (21 in October) my mom knows about us and is okay with it, BUT if i was to get pregnant anytime soon and she tried something against him beause of the circumstances, what could happen to him or what could we do to avoid these type of problems.??
