Call the cops and tell them your mother kicked you out.I'am living in florida and I'am 17 years old turning 18 in july 28 of next year and my my mother kicked me out so i was wondering is it legal for me to live with my 22 year old boy friend
What charge? There is no information from the OP that there is a sexual relationship which would be a crime. Providing basic needs such as housing, clothing, etc is not a crime.No. You can't.
The age of consent in FL is 18 and the close-in-age exceptions do not apply here. Your BF can find himself in jail if you are living with him.
Doesnt matter what the authorities may believe, it matter what they can prove. Sure I think they are sexually involved, but can the law prove it. So just living together won't get him thrown in jail. It will get her taken into protective custody or turned over to mom and an investigation, but no jail.Do you seriously expect the authorities to believe that a 17 year old girl and a 22 year old guy are living together platonically? You're a fool if you do.
Depends. In some states, being seen coming out of the house of a person of the opposite sex is sufficient to prove adultery. The same thing might well apply here.Doesnt matter what the authorities may believe, it matter what they can prove. Sure I think they are sexually involved, but can the law prove it. If your mom is ANY thing like my mom, she'll call the cops on your boyfriend for housing you.I have no intention in calling the cops on my mom. I didnt really want to be there anyways.I just want to know if i can live with my bf and not put him in legal trouble?
And when the investigation turns up the fact that they are doing the horizontal mamba...you don't think he's getting jail time?Doesnt matter what the authorities may believe, it matter what they can prove.
