so if I happen to be in an area where the police do not follow the law, and the judge does not follow the law the best that could be hoped for would be an appeal?
If the Judge is more interested in getting home for supper instead of justice, yes, appeal is the only possible justice sometimes.

what is the advice of this forum that i do? take a plea, take my case law to my lawyer and see if he will take it to the arraignment to see if ti can be thrown out or...?
This is a discussion for your attorney, either hired or appointed. If you do not have the money to hire one, at Arraignment plead not guilty and request one.

Inmaterial to the charge on the warrant you intend to plead to.

When you talk to Counsel, make note of it though.

I have an attorney... and that is very disheartening... all the stuff I was taught in school about the rule of law, constitutional rights etc... it makes it seem as though it's all just idle talk ....

I did, I have not heard a word about it. must be immaterial I suppose ... so why make note of it?

I have thought about this for a few hours...

am I to assume that the law does not apply equally if case law is disregarded?

must I come to the conclusion I am being held under the law which does not even follow itself?

YES,
YES,

& it's the best judicial system money can buy. The constitution is a joke unless you're OJ... bunch of hogwash.
