That part was answered very early on. Given the circumstances, grandparents have close to zero chance to see the child.

They CAN, however see the child any time that Dad wants to let them.

Exactly, the statute is so broad and leaves much room for interpretation by the individual judge/referee. So no mom does NOT have a slam dunk case, no matter how unlikely anyone thinks it is. Me and Rushia thought at first the GP's had no case or a weak one but apparently we were wrong.

Never assume anything.
