I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this thread, but here it is.

My girlfriend and i have been dating for over a year, she's 15 i'm 18. Her parents(father and stepmother) have decided that they don't want us together, she doesn't live with them, she got kicked out and is living with her aunt. he still has custody of her though, i'm afraid that they're going to try to put something on me, to get to her, now if this happens this will COMPLETELY ruin any chance i have, for any job. what can i do? she recently got text messages from her father saying "Just forget you have a daddy, erase my number out of your phone. nobody knows you anymore" what can i do to protect myself, but still stay with her? we did have sex, i was 17 and she was 14, they found out, the accepted it, and allowed us to see each other, all they're trying to do is get to her, i need some advice.

And we would be more than happy to give you some advice.

However, since you failed to answer one very important question, we can't.

Just in case OP missed it, the question is: what state are you in?

OP: rules vary greatly by state. Without that information, no one can help.

You're the one who decided that it was all right to date a girl three years your junior, even though you had to know the relationship could get you into trouble. I suspect the girl's main appeal for you is the opposition.

Are you using protection? Probably not. I think it was a bad idea for the father to more or less disown his daughter, but he's not the bad guy. Look in the mirror to find him.
