Actually, you shouldn't start making assumptions yet. It's just a question I need for my class. We are having debates. I need support for my reasons. Because all I heard are older men dating younger girls. It's common for the guys to be older than the girl. So I was just wondering, what happens when an older girl dates a younger boy. These kinds of relationships are just more likely to get gossip about than the other way around. But thank you very much. I'm not pregnant. lol
The law is gender neutral in every state that I know of. It doesn't matter if the child is male or female.

SOME people will argue that an older man having sex with a girl is more likely to be charged than an older woman having sex with a boy. I suspect that there might be a slightly greater chance of the man being charged, but once it gets to court, it doesn't really matter.

What if the parents of the boy are okay with them having sex? Is that even legal?
Nope. It's illegal even if Mom and Dad are OK with it.

And also if the boy is okay with dating her and the parents doesn't approve, will she go to jail for that?
It has nothing to do with approval. If your parents don't mind you stealing cars, you can still go to jail for stealing one.

Or what if the parents and the boy are okay with the boy dating the girl who is older than him and someone else disapprove. For example, the boy's teacher, can the teacher do something about it? And if the teacher can, what kind of things can she be charge with?
Anyone can report a crime.

Must be a privates school.
VERY privates. :rolleyes:

Thanks for replying everyone! I appreciated it a lot. I'm sorry, I was just doing a little research for my debate question and came upon this website. I just thought someone could help give me reasons. I didn't know that it's a website for people with real problem. Please excuse me for that.

Are you KIDDING me?? :confused::confused:
"I didn't know that it's a website for people with real problem."

That's why they call it FreeADVICE not FreeDEBATE. People come here for ADVICE on their PROBLEMS. Not just to debate what people think about one subject or another.

And since when is researching a question for one's debate class classified as an "emergency"? Who's life or property is in immediate danger of serious harm if we don't answer your question?

I don't believe you when you say that your question is for a debate subject. I think MAYBE someone is trying to justify their illegal actions somehow and figure that if WE can back them up, they might just have a shot at getting off. (Oops, since someone appears to be preggers already, I think that ship has already sailed...)

So shame on you either way - for trying to pull the wool over our eyes and change your reasons for asking the question you did, or for actually thinking that their little personal educational dilemma should take precedence over those of us who give our time and efforts when to help those who REALLY have problems.
