Attorney Fee Award in Unrelated Matter Available as Income for Child Support?

If the Payor of child support in California wins an attorney fee award in a matter unrelated to the Family Law case, does that award of funds become available as income subject to child support following an appropriate motion and request for same?

Can't imagine....but wanted to rule it out.

No - either the attorney gets the fees directly, or the other party already paid them with money s/he paid tax on and is being reimbursed. Not rocket science.
