need help

i am 17 years old 18 in december. i have been charged with criminal trespassing this will be my second offense. i live in the state of ohio what happend was my ex girlfriends parents made it so where when I go on there property i am trespassing i have been in trouble for trespassing before when I was younger for some other reason not related to this. the first time i got caught on her property the cop let me go. an today I got caught with her an im not suppose to have any contact with her what so ever. an he said hes charging me with trespassing which I have already been in trouble for before all this. I just wanna know what will happen in court will it just be fines or jail? or both. They also said i will be trialed as an adult. thanks for the help

i dont have that information right now the cop called my dad an said he sent in the paper work so i should be getting papers in sometime... what do you think will happen

Without knowing the actual charges, there is no way to say.

Is there a restraining order preventing you from contacting the girl? Is it just trespassing? Or are you also facing a court order violation?

there isnt a restraining order but if i go on there property its trespassing but im suppose to not have any contact with her

Again, without knowing exactly what you are charged with there's no way for us to say what you're facing.

Except that if I were a betting woman, I'd put a modest amount on their being a restraining order in the near future.
