Can a civil judgment be erased if its a auto accident involving dui?

Since you poste on a bk board, I'm gonna assume you mean can a judgment resulting from a DUI accident be discharged in bk and the answer is no.

11 U.S.C. 523

(9) for death or personal injury caused by the debtor's operation of a motor vehicle, vessel, or aircraft if such operation was unlawful because the debtor was intoxicated from using alcohol, a drug, or another substance;

Ok so will the property damage resulting from the accident discharged as well?

No, any damage resulting from a DUI will survive bk.

Paragraph 6 deals with property damage.

(6) for willful and malicious injury by the debtor to another entity or to the property of another entity;

Ok I was asking only because the girl I am suing told me as I walked past her at the courthouse said I'm gonna file for bk so your not getting anything
