Hmm... a 620 sq foot loft isn't all THAT tiny. It's 1/2 the size of your 3 story town home, right? Or thereabouts. You said you have 1500 sq feet and mom has 620, but then later you said she has 700.

I lived in a place with three kids, a dog and a cat that was only 720 Sq feet, and it was 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry area, kitchen/dining/living room. It was small, but it certainly had room for MY bed (in MY room), the kids' bunk beds and crib PLUS toy boxes and 2 dressers in the other bedroom, washer and dryer, all of the appliances, dining room table for 6, couch, rocking chair, book shelves and entertainment center as well as play pen and dog's crate.

And yet Mom won't have room for ONLY a 2 year old in a space not much smaller than that?

What.
Ev.

Yes we are pretty evenly split thats the issue. Which is why I asked my question about housing for the child.

and its actually 100000000 toys. I was just exaggerating. Was not bragging.

actually no there really is not i dont think. Besides the fact that I think I could give the child a better day to day normal no stressful life.

Mom does not work, she might go to school in june. She does not know yet. She expects her parents to give her money.

When mom has her schizoid episodes she sorta alienates herself form the world and does not pay to much attention to the child. (she is diagnoses as a schizophrenic/bi-polor/manic depressant) and she refuses to tkae her meds because they "make her fat" .

Are you working full time? Is mom? YEs i work from 8 - 5 mom is in school part time. Child is in day care mon - friday 8 - 5. i take child to daycare and pick them up.

I think you guys are looking as if i want to bash mom .. thats not the case she is doing what she wants to do and thats ok with me . i was just curious about the housing situation.

To me, best intrest of the child is not living above a bar or pub. but thats just me.

we are both great parents. I just have way more stability in life. thats all. I want 50/50 mom wants me to have minimum, since she is mad at me. I think the last conversation i had with her went like this "your a *******, you will never see your daughter ... how will it feel when another guy calls your daughter daddy" ....
Your worried about mom living above a bar or pub, when you said that she is diagnosed as a schizophrenic/bi-polor/manic depressant?

You say your pretty evenly split and that is why your wondering on the housing issues. You also said your both great parents and you want to give mom 50/50.

But I can't get past this part schizophrenic/bi-polor/manic depressant who does not take her meds. With all that going on, your worried about and wanting to use that she is living in a tiny apartment and your wanting to give her 50/50?

Yeah something just is not adding up with this picture.

This guy is coming across as that other one who I won't say his name because then he'll show up again. But still not as bad as viper.

you guys are blowing my question way out of proportion ...

all i wandered was if the child accommodations mattered, or were considered when the court makes the decision. thats all.

yes we both are good parents. yes we both have our flaws.
