Hi I recently left my job and I had medical,dental,etc anyhow before I received my last check I received a notice from cobra which said my medical was now not in effect as of the day after I quit.. Ok that's fine but when I got my check they took out the weekly deduction for my insurance.. Now do companies usually take out benifits for the week coming or from the past week?
