Hello,

I'm from Wisconsin and am 18 years old. I received an underage drinking ticket a while back and completed a first time offender course to "get it off my record". If I receive another underage will it be considered my first offense again since the other was taken off my record? Or will it be considered my second offense?

Thank you for taking the time to read this and help me out. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

You know, if you simply didn't drink until you were 21, you wouldn't even have to worry about it, dontcha know???

It most likely is considered a priorable offense. (2nd)
