child support bank levy

They called you back today, they are going to lift the levy, and you said nothing about providing them proof of your disability... or filing for modification... or what they are going to do with the money they have...

Ummm.... are you sure you heard what you heard? They don't generally (1) roll over that easily and (2) do anything over the phone.

Well a few hrs after I got off the phone they released my funds.. And she also told me that they usually do the bank levy's every 6 months n to call in the 5th month to tell them not to do so

Yes I did do it.. I feel a lot less stress right now. Maybe laws have changed I don't know.. All I know is that I was able to pay my bills today no problem
