What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?virginia hello,i filed bankruptcy last year and everything was discharged.i kept the truck but i didnot reaffirm the debt.didnt want another contract so they let me pay the payments without an agreement. so no i am having problems with paying and they threating to take a warraant out on me. will i have to pay for truck.

Since you didn't sign a reaffirmation agreement, you can return the truck and have no liability for any deficiency balance.
