Flapdoodle. I can't tell you the # of times I have been called names, for nothing, so I guess I am to blame also.

Moderators do not read every post.
I thank you BOR for pointing out the name calling that shouldn't take place in this forum. If someone has an inaccurate post, it is very simple to congenially let that person know exactly what they posted that is inaccurate.

This namecalling and ganging up on someone is "primitive behavior" and it shows no class at all. I would think that some of these Senior Members that pat themselves on the back and stroke each other's ego would have more respect for everyone who participates in this forum.

Love it !
This is just exactly what I'm talking about! You Zigner and Beth know exactly what I was saying despite the fact I mispelled "Plagarism"! Again as I said in my last post, this type of behavior is primitive and has no class at all!

Lighten up Francis.

As a note, "Even a broken clock is right twice a day" is an idiomatic expression and does not require attribution.

And, as another note, falsely calling someone a plagiarist (note the spelling of the word) could be considered defamatory.

And a final note (for BOR): It is against the TOS to consistently post false, defamatory, abusive, vulgar or harassing messages.

When the moderators have a problem with me, they are welcome to tell me so and I will comply.

Until then, I call them as I see them

Well, if he IS, as you say, then as cbg points out, the moderators also have no problem with him, right?

BOR, the poster in question has previously been banned for his comments - something that, at least as yet, has never happened to me.

Well, then I'll tell you what you have repeatedly told other posters here, "If you posted on any forums I moderate, you'd be gone".

It's funny how the same volunteers keep getting told off time after time, odd?? You do the same on expertlaw to posters and keep getting told off.

Okay Quincy...I did what you did and that was to look in the dictionary for the correct spelling of Plagiarism. And the dictionary says that a Plagiarist is one who takes writings, ideas, quotes, etc. from (another) and pass them off as one's own. Kinda like what Cbg did eh? Nothing defamatory here.
