What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? KS

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I am currently unemployed student. I wonder if I can drive to donation centers on my restricted license. Can these centers be considered a workplace as I generate income by visiting these facilities.

Thank you.

But you are not an employee.

Hence "no".

Sure you can drive there.

And if you do get caught, just tell them that I said it was ok. ;)

Honestly, I don't know. You may want to call your local DMV and ask.

Your place of employment would be specified on your formal licenses restrictions.

If it isn't or it changes you need to get that amended.

Donations of bodily fluids, even with compensation, are not employment.
