How do i get a 15 yo out of a Missouri detention center?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri My 15 yo sister was taken by the state for truancy. She's currently in a hospital for evaluation she was supposed to be sent to a detention center. A nurse my mother talked to said they where going to send her home. The social worker/case worker(i.e who ever is in charge of our case) has been uncooperative and will not answer our calls or the calls of my sisters counselor. We want her back what can we do?
