This is not legal advice, but take her to school, and sit in back of the classroom all day, every day.
I can't think of a better way to impress upon your child the importance of a good education.

Get your child into counseling - there seems to be a problem, obviously.

Take her to school. YOU can get into trouble - serious trouble - if you don't.

Really, this is less about legalities than it is about what's actually going on with your child.

I remember when I was her age I'd do anything to get out of school. It was because I was being bullied to death by not only the other kids, but the gym teacher as well.

Since school is the only issue, I'd say she's being bullied.

Maybe Mom should investigate before making assumptions. May be a bullying issue, may not be.

Is homeschooling a possiblity? I absolutely believe that there are teachers who single out children for mistreatment. OP, as suggested I'd get your daughter into some counseling, and address the issue with the school, to being with. The school should have a counselor or psychologist on staff who could address you and your daughters' concerns. Is your daughter on an IEP or 504 plan? If so, special rules may apply. Definitely do your homework as far as the laws go. Good luck!

I wouldn't want my child homeschooled by someone with as weak a grasp of spelling and punctuation as the OP....
