What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? louisiana...
i copied a link to my story you have to read from bottom to top to get from beginning to current..i need to know if my chances of getting baby back seem good, and if hearsay can be used at adjudication such as a therapist letter..ty and god bless please help

Please, list the bare facts. Leave out the emotion, and then ask your questions.

(Although I must warn you - nobody can guess what CPS is or isn't going to do....)
