What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? GA

Recently I was arrested at a friend's part for underage consumption. A breathalyizer test was performed but they did not write down the number or take my name until I got to the station. I was bailed out on a $500 bond. My court date is in March on the same day and at the same time as the other 7 people arrested along with me.

I have never been in any type of trouble before and I am an outstanding student at my high school. I'm only 17 years old but will be 18 by the time of my court date.

My question is, what will be my punishment? Such as will my license be suspended, for how long, and is there any way to avoid that from happening? Also, is there any hope of the charge being dropped and erased in the future?

Lastly, I do plan on having a lawyer but should I plea guilty or no contest?

My crystal ball is broken. There's no way to tell what your punishment will be (if any).

Ask your attorney. He/she will know more about the situation than we do - and no one here is likely to want to second-guess your attorney.
