Now aside from dealing with people acting like trolls from encyclopediadramatica, I'm actually looking for some helpful advice.
Call your lawyer and ask him... Better yet, keep him on retainer as you might need his services when you get stopped and cited for driving while suspended.

I don't have a suspended license. I have suspended DRIVING PRIVILEGES. I already know that driving in any other state is completely legal through my lawyer, and he was the one who informed me this problem in the first place. Now aside from dealing with people acting like trolls from encyclopediadramatica, I'm actually looking for some helpful advice. If you get a DUI in another state other than your home one, it is up to the issuing state to decide whether or not to suspend your license. In my case, the issuing state did not. My situation valid NE license, suspended privileges moving on to restricted privileges in KS. From those facts if you can answer my question, please do. Can't make it any more clear than that. Please stop posting on my question if you don't have any actual information. So far only one of the responders actually addressed the question. Thanks to them for being useful.
You're getting accurate information. It's just not what you want to hear, so you are ignoring it.

Small town. The people who run it there won't even look into it without receiving a letter from the accusing state which I assume they'd be notified via your DL number to know which county to report to. In addition, if they do choose to suspend your license, they send out a letter to the address on the license allowing you to request a license hearing. The suspension will take effect if you choose not to have a hearing or lose the hearing. They have not sent me a letter saying it has been, and at the DMV the license is still listed as valid. Do you know what identifying information is included? I don't plan on getting a KS license again, so I'm not too worried about that part. So right now, the only thing linking my KS DL to me is the name, birthdate and social. I know the database is checked when applying for a license, since in my case my KS one was not suspended at the time and not on the list. But now, the NE one would not be on the list since it was never suspended. If they check against the ssn, I could have problems if I move before my KS restricted period is over. If they only check against the driving record associated with the license, I wouldn't have any problems. Do you know what information the database keeps?

Zinger please go post on someone else's thread. You have done nothing but assert opinions with no facts and haven't even attempted to answer the question. Aside from trolling to argue semantics, I don't see any helpfulness coming from your posts. Thanks for the attempt I guess though.

Pretty much it's like if I asked you what the capital of England was and you told me that aardvarks eat ants. Although it may or may not be accurate, it had nothing to do with the question asked. I should really stop feeding the troll.

Bad analogy. It would be more like you asking what the capital of New England is and then getting your panties in a bunch when it's pointed out that New England isn't a state.

Thanks by the way I_Got_Banned! You attempted to answer as best as you could. All the information is quite helpful. Thanks also for your effort and posting up the links. I have a feeling that your help is probably the best I can get out of this site, since most of the others haven't helped in any possible way. I can't find any concrete answer either so far, but good leads. Most of the info says if you've been issued a license 'by mistake' it will be caught when pulled over, but I've been pulled over since then with no problems (headlight out) in NE. Who knows. Anyways, thanks again. I'll keep searching for more info, and hopefully I can find how restricted privileges work, if not I just wait another year before driving to see my friends.
