What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Ca
What is the proper protocol for moving to another state after a DUI conviction?
For instance, can I serve the community service here and do the equivalent DUI school in the new state? Do the states communicate in such a way that would enable me to get a license in the new state after completing the DUI program?
Secondly: Is there any kind of waiver that would allow me to drive across the US for the purpose of moving during my suspension? I've heard there is such a waiver that provides for this but you're unable to use Ca. roads for 3 years after signing it. Does anyone have any insight into this?
Thanks
