I violated my probation by getting two Public Intoxication's within 4 days... I was on Probation from a DWI... I went to a 90 day treatment program and completed it and now I go see my PO tomorrow what should I expect!?

Expect your PO period to be extended ... maybe you'll get lucky & nothing will come of it ...

Any reason why you are still drinking?

?

So you were told to do the 90 day treatment program as a result of your violations? You fulfilled that and now you are meeting for the first time with your parole officer?

Is that the time line?

Then you gotta hope your PO volunteers for being Santa for holiday parties. he has rules to follow but you might be up for the big house again for your what you should have gotten for your first offense before deferral.

good luck stay dry and stay in Texas. I do not want you driving in your state in My State.
