What is the name of your state (only U.S. law) Calif.

So I paid to have all the divorce paperwork done and it just needs to be signed. I have been trying for three weeks to get her to sign, but she keeps putting me off. I live two hours away and I have drove down there three times already, and she doesnt show or answer her phone. I lose hours from work cause I have taken day off to meet her times, and she still doesnt show.

I know there is something I can file to either have her show in court, or to have it signd by a judge if she doesnt show up? I hope that makes sense?

Whats it called again?

Thank you.

Get yourself an appointment with the family law facilitator's office in your county or the self help center. Obviously you will have to file for a divorce without her cooperation. That likely means different paperwork.
