Need advice on if anyone broke any US law in this story!

I'm curious what laws were broken... the parents put this kid in charge of the school so the teacher is acting in loco parentis. So what laws were broken?

Me still thinks this is a lawyer-school type of question... not gonna play... Still nice way to tell a story, nice reading If you are 14/15 try to get into writing.

( I know this does not answer legal question but the kid does do good prose)

I do like yours...(judgement that is) but this 14/15 year old is really articulate and I am not sure if I spelled that right?

OK. I missed that in all the rambling. (I really hate these run-on rambling posts that look like they were written by 5 year olds.)

Of course, proving it would be a major problem, but you're right - if it really occurred as OP says, then a crime was committed.
