I filed child support with the child support offices in California in April of 05. I constantly received letters saying they can not locate the non-custodial parent. Fast forward to now, it's basically the same although he is an entertainer. he does not have a physical address because he lives from place to place but I am told in order for my support order to be put in place, I have to have him physically served which is near impossible. I have 4 children that have gotten no support. I am now trying to do it through my divorce which I started on my own and it is another hassle because I don't really know what I am doing with the divorce. I am kind of stuck on the paperwork. My question is how can I get support if possible without physically serving him? He is a rolling stone, drug addict and I will never catch him but he gets plenty of money via royalties. He has had another child out of wedlock younger than all mine and this child was able to get a support order in place. Help. My oldest will be 18 in 2 years and dad seems to be getting away with never being held responsible for paying support.
