What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pennsylvania

Is there anything that I can do legally (formal complaint or otherwise) is regards to the information below:

My son attended a childcare facility for about a year and a half. He did not do well there, and recently I have learned more about the childcare being conducted there. I think the director may be abusing some of the kids at this center. My son is now in Kindergarten and not attending this childcare anymore.

Is there anything that I can do against her to protect children that are still there?

Sure. If you have evidence of abuse, you can report it to the authorities.

However, if all you have is vague innuendo and start doing things like publicly announcing them, you could find yourself in a world of trouble.

So what evidence do you have?

Evidence against childcare provider

The evidence that I have is not very strong. It comes from former employees.

If the former employees have not filed a complaint, then you're certainly not in a position to.

And if the former employees DID file a complaint, then you don't need to.

Bottom line - forget about it.
