:confused:In the Aug 05 my husband pulled over and arrested in Snohomish county, Washington. He blew over the legal limit. He went to court plead down from DUI to negligent driving in the 1st degree. He received 90 day suspended sentence, $1000 fine - suspended to $300 which he paid and was to complete an alchohol agency evaluation course. 6 yrs later he has yet to complete the course obligation. Is there a statue of limitations for this charge? Is all forgiven after time? To complete this how does he get across the border without getting arrested? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

You do not yet know if he has a warrant, correct?

There is no statute that would apply to him. Although it is possible that
he slipped through the cracks. If at this point there is no warrant than
his paperwork may have gotten lost in the shuffle. goodluck.
