What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Pa. 20 years ago I was picked up for underage drinking. A couple of days ago I was picked up for DUI.Has my record from 20 years ago been erased or will it still count against me...

It has not been erased. However, according to PA law it will be treated as your first offense as it occurred more than 7 years ago.
