Can she sue me for child support even though we arent legally divorced? We are however living in seperate homes.

OP, QUIT POSTING ADVICE. I will report every post of yours that is incorrect, misleading and dangerous to the person you are advising. Do not tell people in Ohio to report neglect and abuse based on truancy. That is COMPLETELY 100% INCORRECT. It will cause many problems for the person reporting such a bunch of bull and not do any good.

Aaaah - thanks, Geekess! I think I didn't catch on BECAUSE they both spelled Valkyrie incorrectly.
