What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? florida. My 17 month old was left outside in fenced play area alone for 20 min or more while the other childeren were inside. I am not sure where to go for help with my issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The director was the one who told me that the other kids were in for 20 min.

The director assured me that it would be handled in the morning. Because it was 5 min to 6 and there was no one available to handle the issue at that time.

It sounds like you have started in the right place - with the director.

Aside from e obvious unease it gives you to have your child there at this point, I am not sure what else you are asking. Is this a crime? Probably not. Is there good cause for a lawsuit? Again, probably not.
